Riverside County guide

Riverside County trauma centers and medical records

Last updated:

Riverside County's designated trauma centers treat the most serious crash injuries. This page lists each center, its trauma level as published by the county EMS agency, and how to request your medical records, including contacts, fees and timing where the hospital publishes them.

Medical records and itemized bills are central to an injury claim. Hospitals may also have a lien on your recovery under California's Hospital Lien Act (Civil Code § 3045.1). Below are the designated trauma centers serving Riverside County and how each one handles records requests.
