Abel's State Bar address is the firm's Riverside office at 6670 Alessandro Blvd. From 2009 to 2011 he was recognized as a Distinguished Member of the Inland Latino Lawyers Association.

Pushing back on insurance companies

Much of Abel's career has involved claims that an insurance carrier delayed, refused or valued far below what they were worth. He understands how carriers evaluate claims and builds each file to hold up under that scrutiny. He keeps clients informed at every stage and is ready to litigate when a fair resolution isn't offered.

Abel is part of the firm's personal injury team, representing people in Riverside County who were hurt in crashes and other accidents caused by someone else's carelessness. His long experience with how carriers evaluate and resist claims is directly relevant to injury cases.

Outside of work, Abel spends time with his family and is involved in community service.
